Many realtors spend the majority of their time prospecting for clients. They spend time cold calling, knocking on doors, or sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring or someone to walk in and ask about a home they saw in the newspaper.
We are not big fans of harassing random people over the phone, and we are far too impatient to sit in the office and wait.
