Lexi has been married to her husband and business partner, Jordan, since 2005. Together they have 3 boys who are the pride and joy of their lives. “Jordan and I are both Gillette natives and to be raising our family in a community where we have such deep roots is a realized blessing. I’m proud to live in Gillette and I am enthusiastic about what lies before us as a growing community.”
After completing his master's degree in business administration, Jordan and Lexi started to think about the possibilities of working together. "I have always had a passion for Real Estate so when the opportunity presented itself I decided to go for it." Jordan earned his Real Estate license and joined Lexi at RE/MAX Professionals shortly thereafter. Jordan is currently heading up many of the "behind-the-scenes" tasks such as marketing, paperwork, and daily business operations. This allows Lexi to concentrate 100% on clients. "I enjoy the daily challenges, coming up with new and innovative ideas, and helping Lexi to continue to provide the best customer service in the industry." Jordan is also involved in the community, serving on the Campbell County Public Land Board that oversees CAM-PLEX, the Gillette College Pronghorn Booster Club, and the Energy Classic Basketball Tournament Committee.
How Our Business Works
Many Realtors spend the majority of their time prospecting for clients. They spend time cold calling, knocking on doors, or sitting in the office waiting for the phone to ring or someone to walk in and ask about a home they saw in the newspaper.
We are not big fans of harassing random people over the phone and we are far too impatient to sit in the office and wait. Instead, we have modeled our business around concentrating 100% on customer service. Sounds great, right? But how can we afford to not be out tracking down our next clients? The way we are able to do this is through referrals.
Our family, friends, and past and present clients have been very good at providing us with a steady stream of referrals of their family, friends, and associates with real estate needs. These referrals allow us to cut out the prospecting and concentrate on representing our clients the best way we can before, during, and after the purchase or sale of their home.
